Loss & Replacement Warranty for Jrumz Models: XP03-XP05


Jrumz Ear Wear is proud to offer a loss and damage warranty for our Custom Acrylic Full Shell In-Ear Monitors Model Numbers XP04 and XP05. This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase and covers any accidental loss or damage to the device. We understand that accidents can happen, and we want to provide our customers with peace of mind knowing that they are covered in case of loss or damage.

Under this warranty, customers will be required to pay a flat fee of $650 to completely replace any lost or damaged device. To submit a request to utilize the loss and damage warranty, customers must provide a proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue encountered with the device. Our team will then assess the request and provide further instructions on the replacement process.

Please note that this warranty does not cover minor damages or normal wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty only covers the loss or damage of the actual device, not any additional accessories or cases.

Steps for Submitting A Request to Utilize Loss & Replacement Warranty
