JRUMZ Shipping Policy: At JRUMZ, we currently ship exclusively within the United States.


Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of placing the order.
  • Orders placed on weekends (Friday-Sunday) will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).
  • Free shipping is available for all orders over $100. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after dispatch.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping carrier. JRUMZ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Order Notifications

  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please verify that your email address and phone number are correct when placing your order to ensure you receive notifications.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.
  • Before completing your purchase, please verify the shipping address provided.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • If you do not receive your tracking information or need assistance, email us at jrumz@jrumzworld.com, and we will provide an update on your order.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, or if a shipment is lost in transit, JRUMZ will work with the customer to initiate a carrier investigation or file a shipping claim when applicable. Resolution timelines are determined by the carrier.

JRUMZ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays and Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. JRUMZ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

  • Items marked as free shipping apply to a single item purchase.
  • If multiple items are added to your cart, additional shipping charges may apply due to the combined weight of the items.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you may return the product to us upon receipt.
