JRUMZ Return and Refund Policy

JRUMZ wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase of our product or device. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Important Notice: All sales made at trade shows, pop-up events, festivals, and live events are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

By completing a purchase at a trade show or live event, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the sale is final.


Return Policy for Non-Custom Products

Non-custom items purchased from JRUMZ stores follow a standard return policy and may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received them. Only items purchased directly from JRUMZ online are eligible for return. Purchases made at trade shows, pop-up events, festivals, or live events are final sale. Products purchased at trade shows, entertainment venues, or won as door prizes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policies.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging, repackaged with all cords, adapters, and documentation included when received.
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Complete the following service form prior to sending your return: JRUMZ Repair Process Instructions.

Return Process

  1. Complete the Service Form: Fill out the JRUMZ Repair Process Instructions form before shipping your item.
  2. Ship Your Item: Send your item to the address above. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.
  3. Inspection and Notification: Once your item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of its return status. If the refund is not approved, we will notify you with the reason for the denial.
  4. Compliance Requirement: If the item is not returned in compliance with the instructions provided in this policy, JRUMZ reserves the right to deny the refund and return the product back to you.

Restocking Fee

  • A 2% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders to cover the cost of processing and packaging.

Custom Products: Modifications and Adjustments

At JRUMZ, we understand that with custom products, adjustments and modifications may be necessary to ensure the perfect fit and performance. We allow 30 days from the date of receipt for modifications. After this period, no further modifications may be made.

To initiate a modification, the customer must:

  1. Complete the JRUMZ Repair Process Instructions form.
  2. Return the custom product to us, following the shipping instructions provided.

Once received, JRUMZ will remake the custom earpiece as necessary to meet your needs. Please note that shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.


Items Ineligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased at trade shows, pop up events, festivals and live events (Final sale)
  • Custom in-ear monitors
  • Custom shooter’s plugs
  • Custom sleep plugs
  • Custom hearing aids
  • Gift cards

Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, these custom products are not returnable for exchange, credit, or refund. However, we are committed to working closely with you during the 30-day modification period to ensure your satisfaction.


Return Policy for Bundled Items

For bundled packages that include custom and non-custom items:

  • Non-custom items may be eligible for a refund.
  • Custom parts are not returnable for exchange, credit, or refund.

Return Policy for Defective or Damaged Items

Non-custom items purchased online from JRUMZ that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect may be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.

  • Custom items are not eligible for exchange, credit, or refund.
  • A remake of the item may be requested within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund. Please note:

  • Refunds will reflect the total purchase cost minus the original shipping fees and the 2% restocking fee.
  • Although JRUMZ offers free shipping as a courtesy, shipping fees are deducted in the event of a refund.

Refund Processing:

  • Credit or Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to your card-issuing bank within 3–5 business days of approval. Contact your bank for questions about posting timelines.
  • JRUMZ Gift Card Purchases: Refunds will be reissued as a JRUMZ Gift Card via email. To request a physical gift card, contact the representative assisting you.
  • JRUMZ Account Balance: Refunds will be returned to your JRUMZ Account Balance.
