The Snap and Go custom earmold for the XP03 works by providing a quick and easy way to personalize your Jrumz XP01 in-ear monitors.
Simply snap on the silicone mold, which conforms precisely to your ear's shape, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit.
This system not only enhances sound isolation but also allows for easy customization, making it a convenient and effective solution for achieving a tailored listening experience.
Step 1: We design the XP03 with the same technology as the XP01.
The XP03 is essentially the XP01 enhanced with a custom attachment, which is why it has its own distinct name. You will receive all parts of the XP01 including the universal in-ear Monitors, 3.5 mm Wire, and replacement ear tips.
Step 2: We customize Your XP03s with our Snap-on Silicone Molds.
Our snap-on customization provides a personalized fit for enhanced comfort and sound isolation, allowing customers to conveniently and cost-effectively upgrade their current XP01 in-ear monitors.

Our products are backed by a 12 month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers repair or replacement of your Jrumz product in the event of any issues arising from normal use. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product for specific terms and conditions.
30 Day Returns
Non custom items purchased at the Jrumz Store follow a standard return policy and may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from Jrumz Ear Wear, either online or at an actual Jrumz Ear Wear Retail Store, can be returned to Jrumz. Jrumz products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging- repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
- Needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
