Honestly, love them bad. Great sound. They have a bit of a noise reduction quality when I put them in, which could be a pro and a con. They work under my helmet really well and they last for hours! They have a bit of a static when you first start playing sound and a bit after you cut the sound off, but nothing too crazy. They don’t do well paired with my glasses and lab goggles, but that’s a a small discomfort. 10/10 would recommend!

incredible customer service, arrived fast and efficiently, they came in a clear box to store them in so I was pleased. I thought my in ear monitors were broken until I went online and saw that these are offered separately and now I'm back in action!!!

Solid IEM/headphones. I really like the versatility of these IEM, whether I’m practicing music at home or playing on stage, or gaming or just listening to music, they are comfortable and great sounding. Clear highs, punchy lows and crisp mids. My only complaint is that sometimes when I have them in the wireless case in my pocket or backpack, they sometimes connect to my phone and I have to keep opening and closing the wireless case to disconnect the buds even if im not using them. Almost if like the wireless headphone things gets knocked loose from the magnets inside or the case itself cracks open enough that the buds think that they’re being used. It’s a very minor inconvenience but it’s worth noting considering the price tag on these things. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend these to my friends and others.

Great sound and very comfortable
I love the silicone tips. The softer feel vs. plastic is much more comfortable and seems to seal better keeping the audio consistent in my ears (no loss of low end because of the seal breaking) The audio quality is very good at all volumes. I would rate this 9 out of 10. The only things I would suggest would be a better cable option (one that is a little sturdier and certainly one that has a clip to be able to keep the cord close to the head) and possibly some customization options for the face plates so that customers can make their ears their own. Almost every other company has that option to customize colors or even pictures or monograms on the face plates. But these things don’t detract from the overall function. For the process point theses are definitely the best in ears on the market.

Great system using the snap fit silicone ear molds and the XP01 Bluetooth. Great sound out of the XPs. The silicone ear molds are a great fit and super comfortable for long wear. Very good noise reduction, great for work, shooting, etc.

These are *AMAZING*. They are gorgeous, super comfortable to wear and have all the features you'd expect - but most importantly, the sound quality is fantastic. I wear hearing aids so I know when sound quality drops off in headphones and these are absolute perfection. They look as good as beats and are far superior in sound design. A+

These headphones sound amazing! You can really hear all those fine details in full clarity without taking away from the fullness of the overall mix. Great for use as IEMs, for mixing and other studio work, and as everyday headphones! Especially useful on the road or on a plane, where space is limited, and every now and then you need some sound cancellation to reset in your own mental space. I am a drummer. Even though I'm told I'm not really a musician, I want to hear the band with the best sound quality. I am also budget conscious. These fit both of my needs more than I expected. I thought I was going to buy these as back-up but now they are all I am using. I will probably purchase another pair for a back-up!

I love the product it's very comfortable in my ears. I wear them for about 6 to 8 hours a day. I like that I can wear them. And I feel like they don't mess with my balance. Cause they don't suction cup into my ears so tight. Very well made product very happy.
Wow! I’m a fan. No matter if I’m trying to focus in on the gains in the gym or block out the distractions dashing through the airport my Jrumz noise cancellation has been unmatched. The crisp sound clarity has also caused me to unexpectedly transition these as my primary business meeting headphones, as well. The icing on the cake has been the compatibility with my iPhone device, both from a Bluetooth and charging perspective.

What can I say another hit product for the Jrumz ear wear line… I already was sold on the brand from my first purchase of the xp01s. This pair of wireless headphones not only possess the same quality sound as my first pair but these have the active noise cancellation which is big for me and I love them for the focus they give me when I wear them in the gym

I was really excited to order the XP02 earbuds with the memory foam tips, they have everything I have been looking for in earbuds, the long battery life, ANC, and versatility of being wireless or wired. I spend a lot of time working in my yard (6-8 hours)and travel quite a bit, so the fact that I could have one set of earbuds that could support both was amazing. I've literally had all the major brands plus, over the years (Shure, Bose, JBL, Samsung, Jlabs, etc.) I've now had the JRUMZ XP02 earbuds for about a month, and they are great! The sound quality is on par with Shure or Bose. you hear everything clearly. the Active noice canceling works really well, almost to the level of Bose. I have worn the XP02 while using a chainsaw, a log splitter, and while cutting the grass, and during my workouts, they block out quite a bit of the noise. As for the bluetooth; connectivity it's good, they connect instantly. I would consider these to be almost the best earbuds I've ever owned, but there is one issue I have. The sound will drop off in either one or both earbuds for split seconds, but it's enough to be annoying at times. I have tried everything, from moving my phone from my pocket to an armband, placing my phone farther away, etc., I have checked to make sure my phone was up to date, and even tried lowering the volume, still nothing. I did reach out to JRUMZ support who said to try the above, no luck. This doesn't render the earbuds useless, when they are working they are great and I love them. Maybe there's a firmware update for the bluetooth... I like these enough to want to invest in the company because these earbuds could be a game changer. Mike K
