How it Works
Our ordering process is simple:
1. Select your preferred color from the available options.
2. Complete your order online by entering your details.
3. Enter any applicable discount codes—some may auto-generate at checkout.
4. Once your order is confirmed, expect delivery to your address within 2-5 business days.
Local pick up is only available upon request but cannot be guaranteed . To request local pick up, please email jrumz@jrumzworld.com.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 including custom orders.
Custom orders may take 4-8 weeks for processing and production. However, this time frame depends on the time period in which we receive your ear impressions via mail (typically within 7 business days) or email (which is much faster).
On the other hand, non-custom Jrumz in-ear monitors are pre-made and come with standard ear tips that may not provide the same level of customized fit and comfort. Non-custom orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive. All orders over $100 will be processed with free 2 day shipping.
Local pickup is offered Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm at our Jrumz Headquarters in New Orleans. Our address is 1901 Manhattan Blvd, Regus Building D, Harvey, LA 70058. You will be notified when your item is ready for pickup. Please note that we are not a retail store, and visits are only permitted for order pickup purposes.
Repair Process

Here's how our repair process works:
- Assessment: Start by contacting our customer support team at jrumz@jrumzworld.com to report the issue with your Jrumz product. Our friendly and knowledgeable representatives will guide you through the process and provide assistance with troubleshooting, if necessary.
- Authorization: Once we've assessed the issue with your Jrumz product, we'll determine if it's eligible for repair under our warranty or if it requires out-of-warranty service. If your product is covered under warranty, we'll provide you with an authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. If it's out of warranty, we'll provide you with a quote for the repair services.
- Repair: Once you've received authorization for repair, you can ship your Jrumz product to our repair center at the following address:

- Return: Once your Jrumz product has been repaired, we'll carefully package it and ship it back to you using a secure and trackable shipping method. You'll receive notification and tracking information so you can monitor the return shipment.
Warranty Coverage:
Our products are backed by a 12 month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers repair or replacement of your Jrumz product in the event of any issues arising from normal use. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product for specific terms and conditions.
Out-of-Warranty Service:
If your Jrumz product is no longer covered under warranty, we offer repair services at a reasonable cost. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality repairs that restore your product to its optimal performance.

Return Policy
30 -Day Money Back Guarantee
Non custom items purchased at the Jrumz Store follow a standard return policy and may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from Jrumz Ear Wear, either online or at an actual Jrumz Ear Wear Retail Store, can be returned to Jrumz. Jrumz products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging- repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
- Needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
