How it Works
Here’s how the process works from selecting your warranty to completing the purchase online:

2. Purchase the warranty online; please note, discounts cannot be applied to warranty purchases.
3. After completing your transaction, receive a detailed copy of the warranty information via email promptly. This ensures you have all necessary details for extended protection of your Jrumz product.
Repair Process

- Authorization:Â Once we've assessed the issue with your Jrumz product, we'll determine if it's eligible for repair under our warranty or if it requires out-of-warranty service. If your product is covered under warranty, we'll provide you with an authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. If it's out of warranty, we'll provide you with a quote for the repair services.
- Repair:Â Once you've received authorization for repair, you can ship your Jrumz product to our repair center at the following address:
